Tryg Forsikring A/S said Monday it has notified bondholders that it will redeem all remaining bonds in a SEK 1.3 billion subordinated issue on Nov. 12, bringing forward repayment from 2051.

The floating-rate bonds, identified by ISIN DK0030488101, were originally due May 12, 2051. Tryg’s notice sets Nov. 12, 2026, as their new maturity date.

For every SEK 1 million of nominal value, Tryg will pay SEK 1 million in principal and SEK 8,236.56 in accrued but unpaid interest. Any interest in arrears will be added to that amount. The accrued-interest figure covers the period up to, but excluding, Nov. 12.

Tryg described the planned redemption as an ordinary call under the bond terms. It said no bonds from the issue will remain outstanding after the Nov. 12 payment is settled.
