VALHALLA, N.Y., Jan. 22, 2018 -- USI Insurance Services (“USI”) announced today it has acquired Insurance Services Group, Inc., (“ISG”). Founded in 1988, ISG provides commercial and personal insurance services for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. ISG and its employees will be integrated into USI’s Hunt Valley, MD, office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
