UWM Holdings Corporation, the publicly traded indirect parent of United Wholesale Mortgage, estimated third-quarter revenue at $800 million to $825 million as it placed its full-year outlook below expectations set earlier in 2026.

UWM Holdings said in a preliminary release attached to its Oct. 23 Form 8-K that net income for the quarter ended Sept. 30 is expected to be $205 million to $220 million. The company estimated loan originations at $33.4 billion, comprising $22.8 billion in purchase loans and $10.6 billion in refinances. Its estimated gain margin was about 124 basis points.

For the full year, UWM Holdings expects revenue of $3.35 billion to $3.5 billion. The company cited lower origination volume across the industry as the reason for the estimate, which is below its earlier expectations. The filing gives the revised range but does not provide a previous revenue estimate.

UWM Holdings also expects to sell $70 billion to $80 billion in mortgage servicing rights in the fourth quarter, with proceeds above $1.8 billion. It plans to direct those proceeds, along with gross proceeds from a $400 million rights offering, to support the ongoing paydown of non-funding debt. The offering began Oct. 5 and is scheduled to expire Nov. 12.

The third-quarter revenue, income and origination figures are preliminary and unaudited. UWM Holdings said completion of its financial close and review by independent auditors could change the estimates, potentially materially. The preliminary figures cover a completed quarter, while the full-year revenue range is the company’s estimate for 2026.

UWM Holdings said the quarter-end close and independent auditors’ review could change the preliminary figures, potentially materially. It expects to publish final results in its Form 10-Q and will revise the estimates sooner only if legally required.
