Ubiquiti Inc. posted 39.9% revenue growth in its fiscal first quarter, while warning that rising component prices and supply limits may constrain margins and its ability to meet customer demand.
Revenue totaled $1,026.2 million. GAAP net income rose 54.2% year over year to $320.5 million, and GAAP diluted earnings per share increased to $5.29 from $3.43.
Enterprise Technology revenue was $941.3 million, compared with $657.1 million a year earlier. Service Provider Technology revenue reached $84.9 million, up from $76.6 million.
Gross margin reached 47.3%, an increase of 1.3 percentage points from a year earlier and 1.5 points from the preceding quarter, when it was 45.8%. Ubiquiti attributed most of the annual improvement to lower indirect expenses, while higher component costs reduced some of the gain. The year-earlier margin was 46.0%.
The company said some component costs have risen since fiscal Q4 2026. It warned that further increases could squeeze margins and that supply constraints could make it harder to fulfill customer demand.
Ubiquiti filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 6. The filing lists Item 2.02, covering results of operations and financial condition, and Item 9.01, covering financial statements and exhibits. The board declared a cash dividend of $1 per share, payable Nov. 23 to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 16.
