SAN PABLO, Calif., March 02, 2017 -- Creekside Healthcare Center, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility in San Pablo, recently received a prestigious gold designation by the California Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative Recognition Program. Health Services Advisory Group, a Medicare Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization that is funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is tasked with spearheading the National Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative in California. The Collaborative is a five-year project that runs through July 31, 2019 and focuses on supporting the adoption of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement in skilled nursing facilities through collaborative learning and action networks. Each participant facility receives a composite score comprised of 13 long-stay quality measures that represent larger systems within the long-term care setting. Creekside Healthcare Center achieved a composite score which earned the facility a gold designation.

In recognition of her achievements, Ms. Rotich earned the American College of Healthcare Administrators Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award in 2015 and a Presidential Award in 2014.”
Ms. Rotich, who has a Master’s Degree from San Francisco State University, stated, “At Creekside, we take a great deal of pride in the quality of care.
