A Binance snapshot from 5:01 p.m. ET (22:01 UTC) showed $6.74 for UNI/USDT. Binance’s 24-hour measure then showed a 5.28% decline; its price point about an hour earlier was $6.98.
The Binance quote came 20 minutes before the later $6.76 reading. The $6.98 and $6.74 observations were about an hour apart, while the 5.28% and 5.07% figures cover separate 24-hour windows.
