Upbit paused Gram (GRAM) deposits and withdrawals on Oct. 21 while wallet maintenance continues on The Open Network (TON). Trading remains available on the exchange, but customers cannot transfer GRAM into or out of Upbit during the pause.
Users will need to wait for a further exchange update to learn when GRAM transfers will return.
The draft sets a four-year fundraising limit of $5 million for qualifying issuers, alongside 12-month caps of $20 million for Tier 1 and $75 million for Tier 2 offerings.
Ether closed the quarter at $2,684, while U.S. spot Ether funds saw $3.1 billion in inflows. The funds recorded withdrawals in each session from Oct. 14 through Oct. 20.
At the Oct. 18 measurement point, reserves covered 118.49% of customer balances and were 5.7% higher than in the previous period.
