Ms. Collins brings more than 20 years of senior operations management experience in payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) from industry leader Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). As Division Vice President of Business Engineering Services, Donna reported directly to the President of the ADP’s $2 Billion Major Accounts Division. Ms. Collins was responsible for the development and implementation of mission critical service initiatives to increase both revenue and net operating income. In the process of supporting the Major Account strategic objectives, Donna was recognized for her ability to develop and drive best practices throughout the entire organization.
