Three price thresholds set by NeoTrader co-founder Raja Venkatraman for Indian shares on Oct. 26 were not met at the prior session’s close, leaving his calls conditional as the new trading session approached.

Venkatraman outlined the trades in a signed column for Mint, published at 8:30 p.m. EDT Oct. 25 (6 a.m. IST Oct. 26). The page headline referred to two stocks, but the column’s text named Cyient Limited, Eternal Limited and Mankind Pharma Limited.

StockAnalysis’ historical data records Oct. 23 closes of ₹1,233 for Cyient, ₹317.40 for Eternal and ₹2,212.60 for Mankind Pharma. Venkatraman set upside entry thresholds of ₹1,235 for Cyient and ₹320 for Eternal, with stop-loss levels of ₹1,175 and ₹302 and targets of ₹1,360 and ₹350, respectively. His Mankind Pharma call set a downside threshold below ₹2,205, with a ₹2,295 stop and ₹2,050 target. The previous-session closes were on the other side of each entry threshold; they do not show whether any level was crossed during Oct. 26 trading.

Venkatraman based the calls on technical chart readings. He described a rounding pattern and indicator support for Cyient, a rebound from a chart cloud for Eternal, and a July double top followed by recent selling pressure for Mankind Pharma. Those are his interpretations of the charts.

The headline and text discrepancy echoes a mismatch in Venkatraman’s earlier column, which EconoTimes covered as another note with three calls and a two-pick headline. Mint said the recommendations reflected Venkatraman’s individual views and advised readers to consult certified experts.
