Viasat lowered its fiscal 2027 capital-spending forecast and projects free cash flow above $225 million, setting out a smaller investment range alongside a positive cash-flow outlook.

The company now forecasts capital expenditures of $850 million to $900 million for fiscal 2027. Its prior range was $950 million to $1 billion, leaving the new forecast lower at both ends.

Viasat's free-cash-flow projection does not count any benefit from nonrecurring lump-sum payments from Ligado.
