SAN FRANCISCO, April 12, 2017 -- Courtney has been in real estate for almost a decade and comes to us from Keller Williams' San Francisco office. Ever since Courtney can remember, real estate has been a part of her life. She grew up on her father’s job sites down in Southern California where her Dad was a real estate developer who built one large custom single family home a year for 30 years. Courtney studied at the University of California at Santa Cruz and obtained her degree in Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies. During her almost decade long career she has held many different roles including short sale negotiator, transaction coordinator, and building top producing teams from the ground up. But her real passion is representing Bay Area buyers, guiding them every step of the way, helping them make their dreams of ownership a reality as they move on with their next chapter in life.

Her clients call her The Tigress of Real Estate because she is a go-getter who is not afraid of hard work and persistence to get her clients what they want. She goes above and beyond clients’ expectations consistently delivering better-than-expected results. She is very knowledgeable about the entire Bay Area Real Estate Market, but she specializes in Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco. In April 2016, Courtney’s San Francisco Clock Tower listing was featured in CurbedSF blog: http://sf.curbed.com/2016/3/21/11279966/clock-tower-loft
In Dec. 2016 she was featured on an episode of HGTV’s House Hunters where she helped her clients find their dream home in their ideal Oakland neighborhood. Watch the episode here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2zc5rRk-btDeXY2bWNHcExkQ3M
Courtney is an incredibly hard worker and will not rest until her clients find not just an acceptable home, but the home of their dreams. She is also very intuitive in pricing, a valuable skill in the competitive market of not only San Francisco, but also the dynamically changing greater Bay Area.
