Webull’s planned November launch would give U.S. customers approved for futures trading access to Bitcoin (BTC) perpetual contracts, following federal clearance of a KalshiEX LLC listing in May.
The first phase will run through customers’ existing Webull Futures accounts. Webull said the offering will also cover other crypto assets but did not name them.
KalshiEX LLC will provide the trading venue, and Kalshi Klear LLC will clear the trades. Both are regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The CFTC approved KalshiEX LLC’s BTCPERP contract for listing on May 29, 2026.
Perpetual futures have no scheduled expiration. Periodic funding payments are designed to keep contract prices aligned with spot prices. Webull said a position may be liquidated automatically if the trader’s margin falls below maintenance requirements.
Webull expects to expand access before the end of 2026. It has not specified a launch day in November, and any additional products remain subject to regulatory review and exchange listing requirements.
