Westcott Homes is proud to announce that they are partnering with Deako Smart Lighting to offer their systems in all new developments, starting with Braemar West already on the market, and beginning October, 7th 2017 with an Octoberfest Grand Opening at their brand new Archerfield location.
Since Deako offers a flexible and upgradable system, the buyer automatically gets Deako’s designer simple switches included. They then have the option to upgrade to an affordable entry level package that covers the main areas of their home with smart lighting, or a Full Smart package that includes smart switches throughout the entire home and offers features like “All Off” where you tap a switch and all your lights go off as you leave the house.
“Simple to use smart lighting is finally a reality for new home buyers,” says Deako Chief Revenue Officer Wes Nicol. “Westcott has found a way to make controlling all your lights with your phone, your voice or with any touch screen switch accessible to all their new customers.”
“We saw Deako as something new and unique that would really resonate with the types of discerning customers Westcott loves to serve.” said Angie Johnson, Vice President of Marketing at Westcott Homes. “Initial feedback from buyers has been fantastic. “
Highlights of Deako Smart Lighting in Westcott Homes include:
- Flexibility and Upgradability – By installing Deako’s modular light switches, homeowners have maximum flexibility into the location and number of smart switches in their home. Simply snap out the switches and move them to other locations inside the home to try out Deako’s scenes, schedules, voice control and other features in different areas of the home. If you want to add a smart switch, simply click in the new switch, no need for an electrician or tricky install.
- Beautiful – Deako’s elegant designer light switches are unlike anything you have seen before. The sleek, touchscreen switches are modern, minimalist, and easy to use.
- Integration with Voice Automation – All features can be controlled and set up in the Deako app. Voice control is accessible with integrations such as Google Home, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
Westcott Archerfield is the newest development, located in Edmonds, WA and hosts its Grand Opening on Saturday, October 7th 2017 from 11am-4pm.
