The popular American crime drama television that has been gracing every loyal viewers' television and computers all over the world is rumored to come to an end.
After airing its midseason episode finale, the TV series is set to return after a month long break with episode 9 "Tone Death" on the first of February. This season is set to be the final season fans will get to see Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion as Kate Beckett and Richard Castle, respectively. 'Castle' co-showrunners Terence Paul Winter and Alex Hawley hinted this information but even so, there is still no final and official decision to this one. So there is still hope 'Castle' fans out there.
It turned out that its ratings have been going down for the past seasons that is why Hawley and the team are trying their best to "wrap the season up in an exciting way". Series creator Andrew W. Marlowe and writer Terri Edda Miller also stated that even before the previous season, they have already been writing the story like its their last season yet. Thus, there can still be possibilities for a ninth episode.
So with that in mind, let us put all those speculations in the back of our minds and talk about what's going to happen in the next episode. So, SPOILER alert! Kate and Richard will be putting a show in public pretending that they are still not in good terms, but the truth is they are still together.
