Winnebago Industries generated $142.5 million in operating cash during its fiscal fourth quarter, while lower unit sales and shifts in product mix contributed to a 17% year-over-year revenue decline.

The year-earlier quarter brought in $777.3 million in revenue; the latest period totaled $645.1 million. Winnebago said pricing changes softened some of the drop.

Adjusted earnings were $0.49 per share, compared with $0.71 a year earlier. Earnings under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) were $0.34 per diluted share, versus $0.49 in the prior-year quarter. Gross margin was 12.5%, compared with 12.8% in the year-earlier period.

Net leverage stood at 2.2 times at the latest quarter-end, down from 3.0 times at the previous quarter-end. For fiscal 2027, Winnebago projected revenue between $2.65 billion and $2.80 billion, with adjusted diluted EPS ranging from $1.65 to $2.25.
