The event is being presented by Colorado Marijuana Company, Sweet Leaf, and MassRoots (OTCQB:MSRT), one of the largest technology platforms for cannabis consumers with more than 775,000 users.
“We could not be more excited to welcome Lil Wayne and Wiz Khalifa, two of the most accomplished artists in the country, to our celebration of the culture and legalization of cannabis,” stated President of the 420 Rally Non-Profit Organization Miguel Lopez. “Last year, the Denver Post estimated more than 125,000 people attended our gathering; this year, we intend to exceed that and help raise awareness of some of the most pressing political issues facing Colorado and our country as a whole.”
“On behalf of cannabis enthusiasts worldwide, I’d like to thank MassRoots and Santino Walter Productions for utilizing their networks and resources to produce the largest free cultural event in the world during the 420 holidays,” stated Lopez. “And this event would not have been possible without our licensed cannabis partners, Sweet Leaf and Colorado Marijuana Company. We cannot be more excited for these next few weeks.”

About Colorado Marijuana Company, LLC
Colorado Marijuana Company, LLC (“CMC”) is the brainchild of two of Colorado’s foremost marijuana leaders; Santino Walter and Robert J. Corry, Jr., Esq. These men, who can be credited in part with founding Colorado’s industry, have developed an effective and legal paradigm for investment from inside and outside of Colorado to participate in this exciting new space.
Santino Walter, President of CMC, has taken to high profitability numerous Colorado retailers both inside and outside of the marijuana industry, including as President and CEO of numerous large regulated marijuana entities. Santino brings with him Mr. Corry, CMC’s Vice President and General Counsel, a Stanford Law School graduate who 5280 Magazine named as one of Denver’s 50 Top Powerbrokers and who The National Law Journal named as one of “America’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40.” Mr. Corry formerly served as Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, has successfully litigated precedent-setting litigation that paved the way for Colorado’s industry. Mr. Corry assisted in the drafting of Amendment 64, now codified in Colorado’s Constitution.
