Worldcoin (WLD) rose 8.97% over 24 hours to a $0.5839 reference price late Oct. 20, while open interest in a Binance futures contract increased, leaving more contracts outstanding.

The WLD/USD quote was recorded at 10:13 p.m. ET Oct. 20 (02:13 UTC Oct. 21). It remained below the preceding 24 hours’ high of $0.5933.

A separate reading at 9:54 p.m. ET Oct. 20 (01:54 UTC Oct. 21) showed a 1.7% 24-hour rise in open interest for Binance’s WLD/USDT perpetual contract. Open interest tracks contracts still active; the increase does not reveal whether traders favored a rise or fall in WLD’s price.

The $0.5839 reference quote was above the $0.4929-to-$0.5473 range recorded on Binance on Oct. 16. Those figures come from separate readings on different dates.
