A 4.81 percentage point gap separated XRP from Bitcoin (BTC) over Oct. 10-16, with XRP’s 6.06% decline the largest in a six-asset cryptocurrency comparison in which every asset fell.
Bitcoin declined 1.25%, the smallest loss in the group. Dogecoin (DOGE) lost 5.22%, followed by Solana (SOL) at 4.35%. BNB fell 2.83%, and Ether (ETH) declined 2.60%.
A separate XRP exchange-flow series had an October reading approaching $40 million in positive netflow, meaning more XRP entered exchanges than left them during that interval. Across a chart spanning December through October, outflows exceeded deposits on many days. Transfers alone do not show what holders intended to do.
Evernorth shares began trading on Nasdaq under XRPN on Oct. 12, during the comparison period. The company held about 473 million XRP when its business combination closed Oct. 9, tying its results to changes in XRP’s price.
