Xiaomi’s electric-vehicle business delivered more than 50,000 vehicles in October, leaving the company’s year-to-date total below the pace needed to reach its 2026 delivery target. The company’s Nov. 1 announcement did not give an exact October count or a breakdown by model.
Reuters reported that Xiaomi deliveries passed 30,000 in August and 40,000 in September. It put the total for January through October at about 336,000 and described October as the company’s highest monthly delivery total of 2026.
A separate tally by CnEVPost, based on company reports and China Passenger Car Association data, places deliveries for the first 10 months at a minimum of 336,490. That lower-bound figure amounts to about 61.2% of the 550,000-vehicle target. Xiaomi founder and CEO Lei Jun set the target during a January livestream, according to reports by CnEVPost and Bloomberg.
Using its cumulative tally, CnEVPost calculated that Xiaomi would need as many as 213,510 additional deliveries in November and December to meet the goal. That would average about 106,755 vehicles a month, based on the outlet’s lower-bound count through October.
The available figures do not establish whether October was Xiaomi’s best month ever. CnEVPost’s table lists 50,212 deliveries in December 2025, while Xiaomi’s October announcement gave only a threshold above 50,000. CnEVPost said the association’s exact October figures were expected later in November.
