YYForce Sets Malaysia Revenue Goal at $20 Million for Fiscal 2027

The target is twice management’s current estimate for fiscal 2026, but the company says signed agreements do not secure the future revenue.

YYForce Inc. is aiming to lift revenue from Malaysia to $20 million in fiscal 2027, a goal that would double its current estimate for the market as it expands hotel services and commercial robotics.

Management puts Malaysian revenue at about $10 million for fiscal 2026. Both figures are company projections: YYForce said the 2026 estimate is still being finalized, and that signed work does not guarantee the 2027 target.

The company said its Malaysian subsidiary has entered service agreements with international hotel operators. It did not name the operators or disclose the agreements’ value, duration or expected contribution to revenue. The announcement also gave no count of robots deployed or planned.

YYForce says its Malaysia operation pairs staffing services with robots for tasks such as housekeeping, moving items within facilities and helping hotel guests. The company says the combined offering is intended to make service more consistent, ease labor constraints and improve efficiency.

Meeting the goal, YYForce said, will require it to start the contracted work, sustain client usage and renewals, win additional business, and secure enough personnel, equipment and working capital. Chief Executive Officer Mike Fu said management would focus on delivery costs, working capital and contract profitability.

Group results show the company’s broader financial position. YYForce’s filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission show revenue of $32.66 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, up from $25.75 million a year earlier, and a net loss of $7.06 million. The figures cover the whole group, not Malaysia alone.

In its Sept. 24 results announcement, YYForce said gross margin narrowed to 10.1% from 16.6%, largely because labor expenses rose, including hourly pay for casual workers. The company also said labor-cost pressure led it to retract its fiscal 2026 outlook, first issued March 12. It plans to provide revised guidance with its full-year results but has not announced a date for that update.
