HOOY’s next weekly distribution will be 10.6% lower than the previous payment, at $0.2329 per share.

The latest distribution is $0.0277 below the $0.2606 payment declared Oct. 28. Nov. 5 is both the ex-dividend date and the date used to determine which shareholders qualify for the payment.

HOOY seeks weekly income through call spreads tied to Robinhood Markets Inc. shares. HOOY’s call-spread positions can reduce how much of a HOOD rally reaches the fund, and a decline could produce losses that exceed the premiums received.

As of the Nov. 3 close, the 60.38% distribution rate was a point-in-time annualized payout-to-NAV measure; it was not HOOY’s total return or a forecast of future distributions. The fund’s 30-day SEC yield was 3% for the period ended Oct. 31, excluding income from options. YieldMax scheduled the payment for Friday, Nov. 6.
