CoinGecko and exchange spot data showed Zcash (ZEC) fell 8.48% over 24 hours as of 14:42 UTC Saturday, a steeper drop than Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH).
In the same snapshot, ZEC was $1,140.01. Bitcoin was $80,243 and Ether was $2,345.93.
The percentage changes compare each asset with its price 24 hours earlier.
A separate Binance spot quote earlier Saturday showed ZEC at $1,136 at 10:25 a.m. ET (14:25 UTC), after a 2.09% hourly drop. Its 24-hour change at that time was -7.72%, based on a different cutoff from the later market snapshot.
