Russian attacks killed four people in Dnipropetrovsk region on Oct. 24, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, as officials reported casualties in Vinnytsia and Kharkiv and regional tolls differed.

Zelenskyy said 22 people were wounded in Dnipropetrovsk, including an 11-year-old girl. The Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration gave other figures in its updates: one Oct. 25 report listed three deaths and 15 injuries across the region, while a separate account for Synelnykove reported four deaths and 13 wounded. The administration did not explain how those counts relate to Zelenskyy’s figures.

The administration described more than 20 Russian strikes across three districts, involving drones and an aerial bomb. It reported infrastructure damage in Dnipro, as well as damage to homes, apartment buildings, shops and vehicles in Synelnykove district.

In Vinnytsia, Ukraine’s National Police said a Russian drone hit a five-story residential building on Oct. 25, injuring six people. Police said one person needed hospital care and four apartments were destroyed. Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported four people injured in Kharkiv, including three emergency responders. It said strikes hit a shopping center and a civilian enterprise, then struck again at sites where emergency crews were working.

The three accounts list 32 injured: Zelenskyy’s 22 in Dnipropetrovsk, the six reported by police in Vinnytsia and the four reported in Kharkiv. That is a sum of separate regional reports, not a confirmed nationwide total.

Zelenskyy estimated that Russia had launched nearly 2,300 attack drones, about 1,600 guided aerial bombs and 48 missiles against Ukraine over the past week. He said attacks damaged facilities in nine regions, including thermal power plants, substations, coal mines, grain storage sites, shopping centers and a postal terminal. He urged European partners to release Patriot interceptors approved for Ukraine and continue supporting Ukrainian combat aircraft, saying the assistance mattered ahead of winter.
