SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 08, 2017 -- Fresh on the heels of recent investments in all its sales office locations, Zephyr Real Estate, San Francisco’s top residential real estate brokerage, is continuing the modernization and expansion of its facilities. Adapting existing office space to the industry trend where agents are increasingly mobile-efficient is key. “Agents are in the field more than ever, and office usage has evolved,” commented Randall Kostick, Zephyr’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

“We are offering our agents prime office locations with exceptional services from which to base their operations,” noted the firm’s Chief Operations Officer, Matthew Borland. “In addition to these core locations, agents and clients need convenient neighborhood locations from which to work and conduct business.”
The company’s headquarters will move from its current location to create a co-working space alongside the firm’s existing West Portal sales office, which remains home to some of the most productive agents in the city. “This arrangement keeps leadership more connected to the agent experience,” commented Kostick. “We are thrilled to relocate our headquarters to join the agents working in this vibrant part of the City.”
An important aspect of the new arrangement is the ability to offer flex office space for key leadership personnel. The firm has implemented this strategy at several of its locations for agent use. Given the flat organizational structure of the locally owned firm, where key personnel are regularly deployed and accessible to agents at all of the office locations, the use of shared space is efficient, modern and adaptable.
Zephyr is also one of the fastest growing brokerages in Marin where a new office was opened just two years ago. The rapid growth and expanded reach is further signified with the opening of Zephyr’s newest conference and workspace in Burlingame to serve clients and agents in San Mateo County and the Peninsula. In just a few weeks, Zephyr is poised to open an additional location in Berkeley to serve its rapidly increasing pool of clients in Oakland, Berkeley and other parts of the East Bay.
“We are committed to maintaining state-of-the-art facilities, featuring all the latest technology, where our agents and their clients can conduct business,” stated Kostick.
