Course Director, Master of Corporate Governance & Research Fellow, Swinburne Law School, Swinburne University of Technology
I am an academic lawyer, published in the fields of corporate governance, corporations law, financial services and regulatory enforcement of corporations law. I am interested in events, patterns and trends in corporate law, regulation and governance and their impact on corporate behaviours. I seek to demystify legal complexity and promote sociological understandings of laws regulating corporate governance and corporate activity including financial services in the age of technological disruption. I have worked as a lecturer and research fellow in corporate and commercial law at the Centre for Corporations Law and Securities Regulation, Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne and more recently, at Swinburne Law School.
