The dYdX Treasury SubDAO has proposed a staking plan covering about 25.87 million DYDX that would lift its delegated balance to roughly 101 million and redirect support among validators.
In its seventh regular review, the SubDAO outlined two parts: about 10.72 million DYDX from its buyback program would be newly delegated, while around 15.15 million already staked would be reassigned. The projected balance would rise from roughly 90.04 million.
The Sept. 17 change under Proposal 396 left 21 validators active, down from 31. Roughly 8.34 million treasury DYDX was staked with validators outside the roster and therefore could not earn rewards.
The proposed formula would consider both each validator’s treasury share and its governance participation. It would favor validators with lower treasury representation while assigning less to those that abstained or skipped recent votes. The plan would also end all delegations to Interstellar, Luganodes, Silk Nodes, Citadel.one and DELIGHT.
