During his tenure at AVST, Hardy and his senior management team built an organization that was widely respected in the communications industry for its culture, the quality of its solutions and its reputation with customers and resellers as an exceptional business partner. Prior to AVST, Hardy held senior management positions in both private and public growth-oriented companies in technology and manufacturing. He holds a degree in business administration, accounting and international management from Georgetown University.
