AFPM Applauds Passage of Comprehensive Tax Reform
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Statement from Chet Thompson, President and CEO of the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) on final passage of The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act:
“Americans can compete and win worldwide, and today Congress has helped a great deal. By reducing the corporate tax rate, eliminating the Corporate AMT and allowing for immediate expensing, the modernized tax code will make U.S manufacturers more globally competitive, and drive new investment and jobs.”
