The event included more than 50 board members and the panel consisted of Lisa Tashjian, Esq., of Beaumont Gitlin Tashjian, and Mark Dodge, Desert Resort Management president. The speakers presented on fiduciary duties, director’s behavior, community conflicts, meetings and minutes, collection issues, codes of conduct, budget and financial duties, maintenance and contracts, and rule enforcement.
