Austin, TX, Dec. 18, 2017 -- Associa Hill Country recently hired Sandra Hybner as the new vice president of operations.
Ms. Hybner previously served as general manager for JC Penney in several San Antonio and surrounding locations where she directed performance, developed talent, planned strategic vision and effectively led a cohesive team of 160 associates. In her new position with Associa, Ms. Hybner will focus on branch operations and oversee the community management team. She will dedicate her attention to serving clients and homeowners in the San Antonio, New Braunfels, Rio Grande Valley and Texas Gulf Coast region.
