Dublin, OH, Dec. 21, 2017 -- Associa Real Property Management, Inc. (RPM) continues to focus their efforts on expanding community outreach and improving services to residents. The branch has several new improvements and accomplishments including adding new team members, hosting educational board member seminars, and introducing the new TownSq app to their managed communities as well as being ranked Largest Residential Property Management Company for Central Ohio by the Ohio Business Journal.
RPM has added new talent to the team, who each bring a wealth of industry experience and will assist communities and residents as well as help expand the branch’s unmatched customer service.
The team hosted an educational board member seminar in September that included information on budgets, reserves and maintenance. They will continue to offer educational opportunities for board members in 2018, beginning in February.
TownSq will be introduced to RPM managed communities, which allows residents to socialize with their neighbors as well as give them the convenience of direct communication with their community management team and board members. The app allows for residents and boards to participate in forum discussions with neighbors, access newsfeed notifications and current account information, submit service requests, book amenities, make online payments, receive updates on requests and access important association news and documents for better community living.
“Associa Real Property Management’s commitment to our communities and residents has been a top priority to the branch, and we will continue that progress into the New Year,” stated Aimee Myers, Associa Real Property Management president.
Ohio Business Journal (OBJ) ranked Associa Real Property Management as the Largest Residential Property Management Company for Central Ohio. In a new list this year, OBJ ranks Central Ohio residential property managers by total local units managed, including apartments, condos in managed condo associations and homes in managed HOAs.
