Austin, Texas, Dec. 18, 2017 -- Campus Advantage®, a leader in student housing, providing property management, consulting, acquisitions, and development services, today announced the addition of 252 beds to its growing portfolio of managed student housing properties, with the addition of a new property in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Flats at Ridgeview taps into Campus Advantage’s successful history of third-party management capabilities and services, and brings the Company’s managed portfolio to 30,480 beds.
Currently being developed near Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine and New Mexico State University, The Flats at Ridgeview is a garden-style community that will consist of one- and two-bedroom apartments with a washer and dryer, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ceramic tiled showers. Community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, four study rooms, a conference room, a clubhouse, and game room. The community was designed with professional students in mind and the amenity package is geared towards individuals looking to advance their academics and career.
Catalyst, an Austin-based agency specializing in integrated marketing for student and multifamily housing, will also manage the brand development which will reflect a career- and academic-focused community.
