“We want to do right by our customers, and we’ve found that ease and accessibility are a top priority to them,” said Geoff Wright, Market President for FirstBank. “This new location is much closer to area businesses and residences, and it enables us to offer more amenities.”
The new branch, which will be located at E. Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard and Highway 115, will offer a wider range of services, including drive-thru banking and safe deposit boxes.
“Our goal is to always provide quality, convenient service for customers through innovative technology, retaining great employees and having accessible locations that meet or exceed expectations. We’re confident that’s why we’ve grown to over 750,000 customers in Colorado. We’re not trying to be the biggest bank here; we just want to be the best when it comes to service,” noted Wright.
FirstBank invites the local community to join opening-day festivities on March 7 at the new location, which will include Smokin’ J’s BBQ and other refreshments from noon to 3 p.m.
This marks the seventh Colorado Springs branch location for FirstBank, which will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday in the lobby (the drive-thru will be open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.), and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. FirstBank customers will also have the benefit of a 24-hour ATM, telephone banking and Free Internet Banking with eStatements.
