In less than 24 hours, “Fortnite” season 10 is going to start officially. But several contents may have already been confirmed through teasers that Epic Games has released. With the teasers in mind, it appears that “Fortnite” season 10 is going to be a mix of new features and retu
rning gameplay elements.
‘Fortnite’ season 10 map: Dusty Depot’s comeback
Over the weekend, Epic Games released a “Fortnite” teaser image online. It is composed of the staple X logo with strikes of neon lights that are apparently going to be the theme of season 10. But the main attraction of the image is a set of metal warehouses. In the caption, Epic Games simply wrote “Think Back” along with the starting date of season 10.
Gaming fans who have been playing “Fortnite” from the beginning immediately had theories as to what the teaser image represents. Those who have joined earlier seasons of the game will recall that these buildings look very similar to those found in Dusty Depot. The said location used to be situated near the Loot Lake and Tomato Town.

Even the map changes in “Fortnite” have a story. For example, Dusty Depot was no longer officially part of the gameplay map when a meteor hit it in season 4. It was partially destroyed, and the parts of it that survived was later made into the Dusty Diner location. Now that Epic Games has likely confirmed a major map change for season 10, it should call for another interesting story to say how Dusty Depot is being brought back and what map changes does this entail.
‘Fortnite’ season 10 features: What to expect
On Monday, Epic Games once again released another cryptic teaser for “Fortnite” season 10. The image features a silhouette of a robot that appears to have big guns for its hands. This could be suggesting the arrival of a new character or possibly something related to another content from earlier seasons.

Interestingly, fans have noticed that the logos on the same image is similar to the tattoos found on The Visitor — an exclusive skin made available during “Fortnite” season 4. The silhouette does not seem it is exactly The Visitor, so it could be some sort of reinvention. “Fortnite” season 10 officially starts on Thursday, Aug. 1.
