RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., March 07, 2018 -- G1 Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:GTHX), a clinical-stage oncology company, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,400,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $29.50, for total gross proceeds of $100.3 million. All of the shares in the offering will be sold by G1 Therapeutics. In addition, G1 Therapeutics has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 510,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering is expected to close on March 12, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company, LLC and Wedbush Securities Inc. are acting as lead managers for the offering. BTIG, LLC is acting as co-manager for the offering.
