After starring in the “Fifty Shades” movie series, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson signed up for other movie projects. It seems that they experimented on the type of roles that they could play as they accepted films of different genre like a thriller and even animation.

Jamie Dornan, recently, completed filming for “A Private War” where he plays Paul Conroy, a war photographer. It was reported that Dakota Johnson’s “Fifty Shades” co-star might play superhero next as he is one of the leading choices to play “Batman” as Ben Affleck quits and leaves behind his cape to make way for the younger generation of Bruce Wayne.

According to the Irish Post, Jamie Dornan has been included in the list of “Batman” prospects that will replace Jennifer Garner’s ex-husband. It was announced that the next DC movie featuring the caped superhero is set to be released by the summer of 2021; thus, the selection of the new Bruce Wayne could be finalized soon for filming to begin.

There are lots of good candidates for the “Batman” role, and Sam Heughan is also in the running, but Flickering Myth stated that Jamie Dornan is the right guy for the role because he is handsome and manly like the previous Batmans that include Val Kilmer and George Clooney. Dakota Johnson’s former co-star also has that polished good looks that “Batman” is known for so the publication stated that he fits the role best.

On the other hand, Dakota Johnson was also rumored to be starring in another very popular Hollywood movie series. It was reported that the actress is starring as the next “Bond” girl for the next film where Daniel Craig will play James Bond.

The still-untitled new Bond movie will bring back some old cast members like Lea Seydoux, but as usual, it will welcome new ladies to star opposite Craig. Along with Dakota Johnson, it was said that Emma Stone is also joining the cast as one of the three Bond girls.

Then again, Express pointed out that this story that was first published by the Italian magazine called SassiLive may be false because there is very little chance that for Dakota Johnson and Emma Stone will star in the new “Bond” flick. This is because the two are working on new films right now.

Meanwhile, fans are still hoping that Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson will reunite in a new movie. This is possible since the “Fifty Shades” actors always expressed willingness to work again together. However, their next film might not be an erotic film since the former said he wants to stay away from that genre.
