TROY, Mich., Nov. 11, 2016 -- Jared Trust has been named as a 2016 Rising Star.
Mr. Trust focuses his practice primarily on the defense of hospitals and health care providers in medical malpractice litigation. He also represents clients in defense of automobile accidents, licensing issues and other areas of general negligence defense including premises liability.
Mr. Trust received his B.S. in Psychology, with honors, from Florida State University and his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he received numerous academic awards for outstanding performance in Evidence, Professional Responsibility, and Pre-Trial Litigation. While in law school, Mr. Trust also served as a director for the University’s top 10 nationally ranked moot court program. He has received numerous oral argument awards from his involvement in international moot court competitions and inter-school competitions.
Mr. Trust has also been nominated as a Rising Star Attorney in the State of Michigan based upon his peer recognition and professional achievement within the field of Medical Malpractice Defense. In addition, Mr. Trust is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association. Mr. Trust is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan as well as the U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan.
