Kourtney Kardashian is definitely back to being single after her not-so-amicable split from Younes Bendjima. But reports have it that getting back together with Scott Disick is also not on the table for her.
Kardashian had chronicled her several trips abroad with Bendjima on her Instagram page since 2017. But reports have it that their relationship turned sour last July and eventually ended for good when Bendjima was seen cozying up with another woman in Mexico earlier this month. While Kardashian did not publicly comment on the photos, her sisters Kim and Khloe made sure their thoughts were heard.
Speculations were immediately fired up on whether or not this hints a reconciliation between Kardashian and Disick. But weeks later, more reports maintained that it is unlikely happening in the foreseeable future.
On Thursday, Entertainment Tonight reiterated that neither Kardashian nor Disick is thinking of getting back together. “Scott will always love Kourtney as she's the mother of his children and the two were together for a long time, but them getting back together isn't happening, at least now,” an insider told the news outlet.
Fans of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” are aware of the long-term relationship that the eldest Kardashian sibling and Disick shared. Although Kardashian apparently did not want to get married, she and Disick stayed together for over a decade and now have three kids. The mother of three called it quits for good in 2015 after photos of Disick partying and getting touchy with another woman in Monte Carlo surfaced online.
They have since maintained a platonic relationship as co-parents to their children. Kardashian and Disick have also started dating other people since then.
Aside from sources’ claims, Disick’s continuing relationship with Richie is another indication that there is no imminent reconciliation with Kardashian. ET’s insider added that Disick and Richie just recently went to Mexico to celebrate her 20th birthday. “Scott and Sofia weren't alone as Scott's kids were also there. Even though Kourtney and Younes broke up, Scott is very happy with Sofia,” the same source said.
