LG Electronics manufactured more ultra-light notebooks that it added to its Gram brand lineup. The company introduced new options as it takes advantage of the good business in the IT market.
It was said that the demand for gadgets in this time of the pandemic has climbed, and apparently, this is because most people are working from home now, and students are attending their classes in the comfort of their homes as well.
The debut of new LG Gram notebooks
As per The Korea Times, due to this increase in the market demand, LG Electronics revealed that it would be launching new selections for its Gram notebook brand. Bigger screens are in demand these days, and the South Korean company made sure it can provide what its customers need.
The latest Gram models that will be released next month will have 15.6-inch displays. This is an addition to LG’s 14-inch, 16-inch, and 17-inch Gram laptops. The new size was made to meet the requirements of the consumers, and it is coming on the market soon.
"By adding a 15.6-inch product, we can establish a tight lineup covering each size of the screen," LG Electronics stated regarding the new model option. The company will also offer different color selections for its LG Gram 360 notebooks.
"We added a black model for the 14-inch LG Gram 360 and a silver model to the 16-inch product," the company added. The best thing about this Gram lineup is that even with the bigger screens, it is still lightweight, so it can be easily moved. This feature is what LG’s Gram is known for, after all.
LG’ launching promotion
LG Electronics is offering something special for those who will buy any of its Gram notebooks in May. It was said that each purchase would come with free gifts like gaming headsets, posture-correcting items, and laptop pouches. This promo is part of the strategy to boost the sales of Gram machines.
In any case, aside from the 15.6-inch Gram laptop, LG Electronics is also releasing a new 27-inch gaming monitor. Yonhap News Agency reported that this would be launched in South Korea next month too. This product is called the 27-inch UltraGear 4K 27GP950 monitor and will hit the stores with the price tag of KRW1.09 million or roughly $980.
