CLEVELAND, Feb. 17, 2016 -- Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., (Nasdaq:LECO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per common share, payable April 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016.
