“MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8 will feature the return of MacGyver’s (Lucas Till) greatest nemesis, The Ghost (Sean C. Michael). For those who don’t know, this character is basically the Dr. Moriarty to the protagonist’s Sherlock Holmes. Mac has been chasing him for a long time and finally has a chance to catch the antagonist. Will, he finally succeed or will he get beaten once again?
As CarterMatt reports, The Ghost has been the biggest threat that Mac and his team has ever faced. However, he has never really been one to enjoy the spotlight and so was not the central figure in any episodes in the past. With “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8, this is going to change since the villain will finally take on the hero directly.
“MacGyver and the team set off on a dangerous capture operation after an Irish military intelligence officer approaches them claiming to know the whereabouts of “The Ghost,” a lethal bomb maker whom Mac has been hunting for years,” the synopsis for the episode reads.
Now, it’s worth pointing out that there is likely going to be some major discrepancies between what the synopsis for “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8 says and what the episode will actually look like. For example, this clip makes it clear that The Ghost has prepared a nice trap for Mac. This turns the picture that the synopsis paints on its head.
The images featured over at SpoilersGuide also showcases a different image since the photos are of the team enjoying a nice dinner event surrounded by others in uniform. The scenes depicted are likely right at the start of “MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8 and might even be where Mac is given the information about The Ghost.
“MacGyver” Season 3 Episode 8 is scheduled to air on Nov. 16. Will the mysterious bomber get the best of the inventive hunter again?
