Watertown, MA, Nov. 03, 2016 -- Mimecast Limited (NASDAQ: MIME), a leading email and data security company, today announced two new executive appointments helping to strengthen its leadership team. Dino DiMarino joins Mimecast from cybersecurity firm, RSA, as the new Senior Vice President of Sales and will lead the sales and channel teams in North America. Additionally, Robert Nault has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Robert joins Mimecast from Constant Contact.

Dino brings more than 15 years of experience in building and operating highly effective, customer-focused go-to-market teams across both commercial, public sector and enterprise markets. In this role, he will manage all field sales, inside sales and the channel organization for Mimecast’s North America business. Prior to Mimecast, Dino was the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at RSA. During his 12-year career at RSA and EMC, Dino held several regional and national sales leadership positions in Canada and the U.S. Prior to joining EMC, Dino worked in several sales and business development positions at Dell and Xerox.
As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Robert will guide senior management on company strategies and implementation, manage the legal function, and obtain and oversee the work of outside counsel. Prior to joining Mimecast, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Constant Contact, Inc., a leading provider of email marketing SaaS solutions, and he led the legal team through the company’s initial public offering, multiple acquisitions and the sale of the company to Endurance International Group, Inc. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of RSA Security Inc. until its acquisition by EMC Corporation. Robert began his career as member of the corporate department at Hale and Dorr LLP. With more than 20 years of experience, Robert has served as general counsel for a number of companies including Med-i-Bank, Inc., ON Technology Corporation and The Pioneer Group, Inc.
