A leaked image of “One Piece” Episode 870 is now circulating on the web and confirms that Luffy is going to have a new Gear Fourth ability. Although this new form has been anticipated by fans of the shonen series, it’s still a treat to see it in action.
This is especially true since Snake Man is going to shape up a lot of future battles for the Straw Hat captain. For now, however, Luffy will still need to deal with Katakuri in “One Piece” Episode 870. The previous release saw the stubborn youth exchanging heavy blows with the Three Sweet Commander, Otakukart reported.
This is by far Luffy’s most challenging duel yet as he’s currently suffering from a severe injury caused by Katakuri’s trident. However, the commander himself is without wounds as he previously inflicted the same stomach injury on himself upon realizing that his little sister, Flampe, interfered with the match. But in “One Piece” Episode 870, both warriors will not be interrupted given that all of the spectators have been left unconscious.
So far, the battle is favoring Katakuri. However, Luffy’s iron determination will pay off as he’s going to have the upper hand in “One Piece” Episode 870. This release is speculated to end the conflict between the two, with Katakuri left lying on the floor. Meanwhile, Nami and the rest of the Straw Hats are still being pursued by Smoothie and her crew.
Thanks to Jibe’s superb maneuvering skills, the Sunny ship dodged Smoothie’s attacks time and again. Although this isn’t confirmed just yet, the Germa 66 could make an appearance in “One Piece” Episode 870. Once they do, Smoothie will be surprised by their arrival although this will not deter her from pursuing the Straw Hats.
Her annoyance takes further heights when Judge interfered and stops Smoothie from trying to bombard the Sunny ship. Regarding the release date of “One Piece” Episode 870, it’s scheduled for release on January 27.
