GUILFORD, CT – December 19, 2017 – Pearl Seas Cruises is pleased to announce a successful conclusion to the fall Cuba season. The final 2017 Cuba Cultural Voyage aboard Pearl Mist concludes December 22nd and the Line is happy to report that all the 2017 Cuba sailings have been a smashing success–further evidenced by an abundance of glowing passenger testimonials. Pearl Seas is already looking forward to spring 2018, the most beautiful time of year to visit the island, and has a full schedule already planned for the New Year. The 2018 Cuba sailings will run February through April, and resume late October through December. All voyages are round-trip from Ft. Lauderdale and circumnavigate Cuba with stops in Havana, Cienfuegos, Trinidad, Casilda, El Cobre, and Santiago de Cuba.
After a successful inaugural season, the demand for travel to this historic country remains strong. In numerous testimonials Pearl Mist’s passengers have expressed sheer joy about their wonderful 2017 Cuba voyages.
“This was an incredible perspective of Cuba, with onshore activities, onboard experts, and marvelous art and music adding to the experience. A delight…would do it again in a heartbeat.” Barry R., Brookline NJ
“Visiting Cuba was on our bucket list. Cruising with Pearl Seas was the best way to do it.” Donald B., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA
“Entering Cuba at this time was amazing. We all agreed that having our ship as our hotel was the best way to go.” Linda V., York PA
The Pearl Mist voyage provides an especially unique Cuba experience, in part because of the ship’s small size. Guests on the 210-passenger ship receive the highly personalized service found only on small ships, along with access to the most fascinating Cuban ports and intimate guided shore excursions.
Pearl Seas offers a unique 11-night Cuba Cultural Voyage–an immersive “people-to-people” cultural exchange program, where guests engage directly with the Cuban people, meeting local musicians, historians, and artists. Pearl Mist passengers have the special opportunity to explore Havana in a classic American car, enjoy a pottery demonstration in Trinidad, and experience a guided excursion in Cojimar, the fishing village that inspired Ernest Hemingway’s famous novel The Old Man and the Sea–all while enjoying the hassle-free travel only great cruising provides.
Pearl Mist’s Cuba Cultural Voyage is truly a “bucket-list” experience. The Line currently offers a one night complimentary pre-cruise hotel package on all new bookings for the spring 2018 Cuba sailings.
