The record date for the meeting is unchanged as February 27, 2018. The information circular containing the details of the matters to be acted upon at the meeting is expected to be mailed on or about March 27, 2018. The meeting will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP, at 100 King St W #1600, Toronto, ON, M5X 1G5, at 4:00pm.
