FRISCO, Texas, March 20, 2018 -- Sapience Analytics, the market leader in the rapidly growing People Analytics segment, announced today that Bradley Killinger, current president of the company, has been named the chief executive officer. The current CEO and co-founder Shirish Deodhar becomes the president and head of the R&D Center in India.
“This is an exciting time for Sapience, and I am thrilled to be taking on the CEO role,” said Bradley Killinger, Sapience CEO. “Sapience is a company on the move, bringing technology innovation to unlock the full potential of today’s most vital business resource – the workforce. I am looking forward to leading Sapience into its next phase of growth.”
“This switch in the leadership and focus on the North American market is the next logical step for Sapience,” said Shirish Deodhar, president and head of Research & Development. “We are seeing rapid growth in client adoption in the North American market and placing the company headquarters and leadership closer to the client base is a strategic move,” added Deodhar.
Fueled by its investment from Credit Suisse Asset Management’s NEXT Investors announced in August 2017, Sapience Analytics is scaling operations across the US and India to support the rapid growth. The company’s new global headquarters will be in the North Dallas area of Frisco. The site will be the home office for Sapience Analytics’ personnel in customer support, client success, product management, and architecture, as well as the executive management team.
The company will also be expanding its Research & Development center in Pune, India, and plans to double its R&D staff in the next few months. The company will move to a new office to accommodate this growth while taking advantage of cutting-edge technology infrastructure in its soon-to-be-announced location.
