LAS VEGAS, Oct. 27, 2016 -- Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:PNK) announced today that it will release its 2016 third quarter financial results on Thursday, November 10, 2016 prior to the market opening, followed by a conference call on the same day at 10:00 a.m. ET (7:00 a.m. PT).
