Prince Philip Involved in Shocking Car Crash; Terrified Victim Slammed the Royals for Not Even Apologizing for the Accident

Prince Philip

Prince Philip of Britain has been involved in a car accident last week but luckily he only sustained a minor injury and was sent home after a checkup. The other involved party also survived and did not have any big injuries, however, the victim revealed that they did not even receive an apology from the prince or the Royal family that is why she felt ignored.

On Thursday, Jan. 17, the 97-year-old prince was driving his Land Rover without an escort or security. He was not far from Queen Elizabeth’s Sandringham House in Norfolk yet when he collided with a Kia car being driven by Emma Fairweather. The 28-year-old woman was with her nine-month-old son and mother when the accident happened.

Based on Fairweather’s accounts, Prince Philip pulled out in front of them and his Land Rover flipped. The woman said that the scene made her scream so much because it was a really scary experience.

It was further reported that Emma and the other woman passenger of the KIA were slightly injured but the baby was unhurt. She broke her wrist and although they are all safe, she is angry because the prince or the royal family did not even say “sorry” when the accident could have been fatal.

Further, according to The Sun, Fairweather also disagreed when reports stated that Prince Philip told the rescue team that he got blinded by the sun and this caused him to collide with the oncoming car.

“I’m lucky to be alive and he hasn’t even said sorry. It has been such a traumatic and painful time and I would have expected more of the Royal Family,” she said. “It would mean the world to me if Prince Philip said sorry but I have no idea if he’s sorry at all.

Finally, Emma Fairweather was also expecting Queen Elizabeth to call her or send a card or flowers after the accident but she was disappointed for it never happened. She shared that instead, she received a call from the police who told her that “the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh would like to be remembered to you.” She pointed out that it is not an apology or even a well-wish so she was hurt.
