Selena Gomez Health Update: Justin Bieber’s Ex Reportedly Hired Full-Time Life Coach to Recover Good Mental Health

Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez has been hospitalized and checked into a rehab facility a few months ago due to her health issues and mental breakdown. At that time, it was reported that the former “Wizards of Waverly Place” star started rehab again after falling back into drinking and heavy partying while others believed that she was down due to her ex, Justin Bieber’s surprising engagement and wedding to Hailey Baldwin.

Although the cause of her emotional breakdown is not certain, her health issues that led to her hospitalizations in October is still connected to her previous kidney transplant and condition like lupus. Now, after weeks of spending time in the rehab, Selena Gomez went home having a positive aura and people noticed how she looks happier and healthier.

Selena Gomez expressed her wish to remain healthy and have a stable emotional state of mind. For this, she started to adapt a healthier lifestyle and in fact, she is frequently being spotted working out these days. She is also hanging out with only her “good” friends and this is helping her recover fast.

Radar Online reported Selena Gomez also hired a full-time life coach to make sure that she will recover fully. It was said that the actress/singer’s family want a person who can be with the star all the time so hiring the life coach was a good decision.

It seems that this is working very well for Selena Gomez as she was seen smiling very brightly as she hikes for health on Christmas Eve in Los Angeles. In the photos, shared on Radar, the one hiking with her could be her life coach.

Selena Gomez is also said to be looking completely different these days because she is very positive now and she always tries to get the negativities out of her life. She is also back to social media and updates her account with inspirational messages or simply sharing her thoughts from time to time.
