REDWOOD CITY, Calif. and BRUSSELS, Belgium, Feb. 15, 2018 -- Selligent Marketing Cloud, the B2C marketing automation platform company, today announced that it has appointed Jason de Boer as the company’s Vice President of Sales, Americas. De Boer was hired to lead a critical team for Selligent Marketing Cloud to drive the company’s growth in North America. De Boer has the experience and proven track record to deliver, with more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience at some of the most successful software companies. Selligent Marketing Cloud recently announced the release of the world’s most advanced B2C marketing automation platform, and de Boer will be responsible for introducing the platform to new clients across the US, Canada and Mexico.

As VP of Sales, Americas, de Boer will lead the North American Sales team and will be responsible for their go-to-market strategy as they sell the new Marketing Cloud platform. De Boer is a seasoned software sales executive with particularly relevant marketing automation experience, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Sailthru, where he worked since 2015. Previously, de Boer was VP Sales, Canada for Salesforce Marketing Cloud after an acquisition of ExactTarget where he was RVP Sales, Canada. Before ExactTarget, de Boer ran sales teams for major software companies including Avaya, OpenText, Oracle and HP. He has a degree in Finance from Seneca University.
